It seemed like forever, since I’d been to Bottles up Mondays at Home. So I decided to stop in the spot tonight and check out the scene. Rapper Maino was in the Spot with his Hustle Hard Family, and the spot was quick to pack in. The usual suspects of Easy Money, Kieno, Dee, and Stag Ent. along with Jinglin Baby Ent., and Hunger for More, had the venue packed. Mr. Hefner was in the building, and we kicked it for a minute. He’s headed to MIA in a few days and he let me know about an his upcoming event Aug 16th. It’s going to be a celebrity bash and all white affair, with a certain person of “Royal” stature expected to be in there. The Sounds were provided by DJ Boof and DJ Will of Power 105.1.  K Star was on the microphone doing her thing MCing, and keeping the crowd hype.
Maino hopped in the booth and rocked the crowd. Even though I’d been away for a while, it’s always good to come Home. Until next time, I’ll see you in the club.
